Choosing your prescription

Select the lens option that matches your current prescription. Standard orders are listed with a pupillary distance (PD) of 62–64 mm. For custom lenses, provide the sphere (SPH), cylinder (CYL), and axis for each eye, together with your PD in millimeters.

• Right eye (OD): SPH, CYL, axis.
• Left eye (OS): SPH, CYL, axis.
• Pupillary distance (PD): in mm.

Custom lens options

• Index 1.56: sphere -0.5 to -4.0.
• Index 1.61: sphere -0.5 to -6.0.
• Index 1.67: sphere -0.5 to -10.0.
• Listed custom cylinder range: -0.5 to -2.0; axis: 0–180.
