In the 1More app, I started a playback (4 cycles of 12 hours each), turned on LDAC on my smartphone, and adjusted the equalizer. And magic happened! The sound has opened up. I bought the 1more hc905s mainly for ldac support, but on two different android phones the headset only connected with sbc/aac. Even in developer options, the ldac codec was greyed out. Other ldac‑capable headphones worked fine, so the issue was clearly with the hc905s. The solution was surprisingly simple:install the 1more music app and enable ldac inside the “support” menu.once i turned on ldac in the app, the headset immediately reconnected using ldac. From that moment on, ldac works perfectly on every device.so if your hc905s only shows sbc/aac, it doesn’t mean you got the wrong model — You just need to activate ldac through the 1more app.
